These terms apply to the website icfluairf.com and the ICFLUAIRF mobile application, both operated by ICF Labour Union (ICFLU), affiliated to AIRF and HMS, for the employees of the Integral Coach Factory, Perambur, Chennai.
By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
The app is for employees of the Integral Coach Factory who are members of ICF Labour Union. You register with your mobile number, and a union office bearer approves your account before it becomes active. The union may decline or withdraw an account.
Your account
Your mobile number is your login. Keep your password to yourself — anything filed from your account is treated as filed by you. Change your password in the app if you think someone else knows it, and tell the union office.
Give correct information when you register. The membership register is only as good as what members put into it.
Grievances and suggestions
A grievance filed through the app reaches the office bearers responsible for your division and shop. Filing one starts the union’s normal grievance process; it is not a substitute for any formal procedure of the Railways or the Integral Coach Factory, and the union does not guarantee a particular outcome or timeframe.
Do not use the grievance or suggestion facility for anything abusive, defamatory or unlawful.
Content published here
Announcements, circulars, notices and documents on this website and app are published by the union for the information of its members. The union takes care that they are accurate at the time of publishing, but they do not replace official orders or communications issued by the Railways or the Integral Coach Factory.
The union’s name, emblem and published material belong to the union. Do not reproduce them elsewhere without permission.
Member business listings
The app may show services offered by fellow members. These are a courtesy to members. The union does not run, endorse, verify or stand behind any of these businesses, and any dealing is strictly between you and that member.
Availability
The union will try to keep the website and app running, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the union’s control.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete my account. Doing so removes your record and everything you have filed. It does not by itself end your union membership — speak to the union office about that.
Changes to these terms
The union may amend these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
