What we collect: name, mobile number, designation, grade, department, date of birth, blood group and address of union members, provided by the member at registration.

Why we collect it: to maintain the membership register, deliver union announcements and notifications, process grievances, issue the digital membership card, and (with separate consent) list voluntary blood donors.

Your rights: members can view and correct their profile in the app, withdraw from the blood donor directory at any time, and delete their account from within the app, after which personal data is removed from active records.
