This page explains how to delete your account and your data from the ICFLUAIRF app (ICF Labour Union — ICFLU, AIRF & HMS), and from icfluairf.com.

If you still have the app installed

This is the quickest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open the ICFLUAIRF app and sign in.

2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".

4. Type DELETE when asked, then confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are removed straight away. There is no undo.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email the union office and ask for your account to be deleted:

office@icflabourunion.in

Send the request from any address, but include your name, your registered mobile number and your ICF employee ID so the union can identify your record. The union office will confirm once it is done. Requests are normally completed within 7 working days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your membership record — name, mobile number, employee ID, designation, department, shop, division and member ID

• any optional details you added — date of birth, blood group, grade, date of appointment, home address, alternative phone number, emergency contact and your photograph

• every grievance you have filed, including its attachments and the comments on it

• every suggestion you have sent to the union office

• your device records, including the address used to send you notifications

What is kept

Nothing personal to you is kept in the app or the website after deletion.

The union may retain records it is required to keep as a registered trade union under its own rules and Indian law — for example, minutes of meetings that happen to mention your name, or accounting records of subscriptions already paid. Those are union records rather than app data, and they are not held in this app.

Automatic nightly backups of the whole system are kept for 14 days and are then overwritten. Your data disappears from those backups as they roll over.

Deleting your account is not the same as leaving the union

This only removes your record from the app and website. It does not cancel your membership of ICF Labour Union. To resign your membership, speak to the union office.
